History
The SPP Foundation was founded on 19 November 2002 by Slovenský plynárenský priemysel, a.s. This company perceives the Foundation as an efficient tool for developing civil society by providing assistance to people in difficult life situations through support to various projects.
SPP Foundation looks for active people who are able to change the reality, in which they live, as well as people who are disadvantaged and in need of our assistance. The activities of the Foundation reflect the efforts to improve corporate culture and corporate responsibility.
Therefore, the primary vision of the Foundation is to support, develop and protect the cultural and moral values in Slovakia. This also includes improving the impacts of difficult living conditions on people through organisations that promote positive long-term and innovative changes.
